FAQs
What is Hearts of Men?
Hearts of Men is where professional men come together to practice showing up with presence, awareness, and vulnerability. We're not here to fix you or solve your problems. We're here to walk alongside you, challenge you, hold you accountable, and celebrate your growth. This is deep brotherhood work that accelerates personal transformation.
Who are these groups for?
These groups are for men who know there's more available in life and are willing to do the work to get there. Maybe you're successful on paper but feeling disconnected. Maybe you're navigating big transitions or realizing old patterns aren't serving you anymore. If you're ready to show up authentically and go deep with other men, this is for you.
What happens in a group?
We meet bi-weekly for 2-hour sessions where we practice presence, share what's truly alive for us, and hold each other accountable to our words, actions, and showing up as our fullest selves. This isn't a talking circle where everyone gets a turn and we move on.
We go deep, we ask real questions, we offer reflections that land, and we create space for what’s ready to emerge.
We also gather twice per year for in-person retreats that go deeper, away from the noise of daily life.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No, but it's deeply therapeutic. This is peer-based group work guided by an experienced facilitator. You'll receive feedback, questions, and reflections from other men on similar journeys with diverse perspectives and experiences. We complement individual therapy and coaching rather than replacing them. Think of this as the brotherhood that holds you accountable to becoming who you're meant to be.
What if I'm not comfortable being vulnerable?
Most of us weren't when we started. Vulnerability is a muscle we develop together. The group creates a container where it becomes possible to share what's real. You'll be challenged to stretch, but always at your own pace.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. What's shared in the group stays in the group. This confidentiality is foundational to creating the trust needed for deep work.
Where are you located?
We're based in Denver, Colorado, with many of our members in the area and options to participate remotely.
What is the time commitment?
About 4 hours per month for bi-weekly sessions and about 8 days per year for our two retreats.
The initial commitment is one year. Why? Because real transformation takes time, and we're not here for a quick fix.
We're in this for the long haul, walking alongside each other, doing life together.
The real commitment is showing up consistently and bringing your full presence.
What happens after a year?
Most men continue because this work doesn't end. The relationships deepen. The growth accelerates. The brotherhood becomes part of who you are. We're building something that lasts.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, and your presence matters to the group. When one man is missing, we all feel it. We ask for commitment to consistent attendance and early communication if something comes up. This isn't optional participation. We count on each other.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is specific to each group. We have found that when you invest financially in your growth, you show up differently. You take it seriously. You do the work. We'll discuss investment during our initial conversation so you know exactly what you're committing to.
How do I know if this is right for me?
Start with a conversation. Reach out, and let's talk to see if this resonates, if the timing feels right, and if we're a good fit.
If it feels mutually aligned, we’ll invite you to experience a session for yourself.
